Product claims that it contains a very mild, non-ionic, deep cleansing agent, completely safe for delicate ear tissue. It gently penetrates dirt, wax, mite infested debris or excretions of purulent discharge and allows it all to be washed away. Mites and bacteria are firmly detached from within folds and crevices, and discouraged from re-infestation. Pet will feel healthier and more comfortable.
My verdict?
Yes!! I love it!!! Think this is one of the good product I should keep in my cat emergency box in case any kitty gets ear mites. Since it is multipurpose, I can even use to wipe away the ear wax. So far, it really cures Pendek's ear mite problem. I clean everyday for 3 days until he stops scratching his ear. And YAY! until now he has no ear mite problem. Once a month, I'll clean his ear wax.

wah menarik ni, nak tanya mcm mana nak pakai kan this kind of ubat? I baca just titik dlm telinga, then apa akan jadi ye? will the wax eventually dissolve ke dia akan keluar?

Hi farah.. This kind of ubat, ia mcm multipurpose solution.boleh buat utk clearkan tahi telinga, dan utk ubat ear mites. Just pakai cotton wool/cotton bud, dap the solution, then lap telinga.
I tau yg main titik dalam telinga tu. Dulu pun I pernah try yg tu. Tapi yg ubat titik tu, 1 purpose saja. Either cairkan tahi telinga atau bunuh ear mites.. =) Nanti weekend saya buat tutorial cara penggunaan ;p
