Same old lame excuse - "I've been busy for the past July."
3 weeks ago, Kimky passed away. I went out to the pet shop for their food, and the next thing I know Weena is sulking Kimky's dead body. Poor Weena. We burried Kimky under this big tree. Then we made B.G and Weena playmate. Weena looks happy having new friends. But I noticed that sometimes Weena will sit outside, looking at the trees. Deep thinking. Missing Kimky I guess. She eats well, plays well. I fall asleep one day, when I woke up, I found out Weena is missing. Search her high and low.. and found her on the ground. Breathless. Weena is dead. Joining her lil sister, Kimky. Now they are unite, boogy in heaven.
Meanwhile Melissa, she went for eye surgery last week. Her right eye is bulging so scared it might pop out, we sent her to vet. Asked vet about her slim long body, her bold problem (yeah, Melissa had this no fur at her tummy, and it is starting to eat the fur at her back.) Previous vet (Vet KC)which I went for testing (I love to test vets see if they are reliable, informative or not) told me that it is due to Minge. I searched and if it is Minge, it should started from the tips of the ear. Not body. Her fur just falls out and never grows back. No fleas and mites. Regarding Melissa's eye, Vet KC told me that just put eye drops and if it doesn't harm her, just leave it.
When I decided to send to Vet Shah Alam (shelter's vet), they told me that Melissa had glaucoma and no use of putting eye drops to it because it won't make it better anyway. About her bold problem, vet told me that it is due to hormon inbalance. The boldness is symmetrical and safest way to treat hormon inbalance is by NEUTERING. I still can give drugs but it is not advisable because it can damage Melissa's kidney. So there you go, another reason why we need to neuter our beloved pets. Melissa need to be stablized with nervous medication before the surgery since she had seizure a day before.
The day I picked her up, vet told me she eats alot. Nice food I guess. After she is fully recover, she'll be neutered. Will post her pic soon.
Some info I would wanna share :
Vet told me that glaucoma can happen to any cats. It is the inbalance pressure in the eye ball. Unlucky cats can get it. Human can get it too. Anyone with eyes can get it. It is not some infection or what.
